Hiwa Kai black salt comes from Hawaii, and is quite stunning, shiny and slightly smoky due to the addition of activated charcoal, which is also thought to have health benefits. The Himalayan Pink Salt is our most coarse salt and the only harvested from underground salt mines. It has an intense mineral taste, and its variegated hues of pink create a salient visual experience. Sel Gris and Fleur de Sel are both specialties of Brittany, France. Sel Gris is a moist light gray salt with a satisfying crunch, also known as Celtic Sea Salt. Fleur de Sel is pure white and melts like snow on the tongue, it is considered by many to be the best salt in the world.
