Made with 75% goat’s milk and 25% Jersey cow cream, Kunik’s goaty tang is tamed by the buttery richness of the Jersey cow’s milk cream. This delicate balance of milks creates a unique gateway-cheese for those wary of venturing into the sometimes pungent realm of goat’s milk cheeses. After all, it’s finally goat’s milk season, (a note on seasonality) so let’s celebrate!
